This programme will provide hands-on exposure to finance operations, including creditor reconciliations, invoice capturing, debtors management, and other finance-related tasks. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate seeking practical workplace experience and a solid foundation for a career in financial accounting

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate creditor payment reconciliations
• Capture invoices with precision and follow up on outstanding workflows
• Process invoice reductions for incomplete or incorrect invoices
• Follow up on claims from suppliers and obtain credit notes
• Prepare and process journals as required
• Complete creditors reconciliations timeously, ensuring clear monthly reconciliations
• Prepare and submit payment requests with correct supporting documentation by set deadlines
• Accurately file creditor documentation in an organized manner
• Reconcile high volumes of accounts weekly and monthly
• Assist with daily data capturing
• Ensure all amounts loaded for payment are approved and signed off by senior management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting related field
